cheeves.info is a game achievement tracking service that syncs with your Steam account to display your gaming statistics, achievement progress, and completion data. The service includes:
- Achievement tracking and statistics
- Game completion progress
- Public profile pages
- Achievement guides for select games
- Optional Pro subscription with enhanced features
Account Requirements
To use cheeves.info, you must:
- Have a valid Steam account
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Authenticate through Steam's OpenID system
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account. We do not store your Steam password.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use cheeves.info only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not misuse the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with other users' access to the service.
Pro Subscription
cheeves.info offers an optional Pro subscription with additional features including reduced sync cooldowns, achievement checklists, and custom game categories.
Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed through PayPal on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). By subscribing, you authorise PayPal to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to standard features.
Refunds
Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any remaining time in your current billing period.
Intellectual Property
The cheeves.info website, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by the site operator. Achievement data, game information, and related assets are the property of their respective owners (Valve Corporation, game publishers, etc.).
Your gaming data (achievements, playtime, etc.) remains your data. We display it on your behalf but do not claim ownership of it.
Third-Party Services
cheeves.info integrates with third-party services including Steam, PayPal, and How Long to Beat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

Disclaimer of Warranties

- Achievement data will be complete or accurate
- The service will meet your specific requirements
Steam API limitations may affect data availability and accuracy. Some achievements from delisted games may not be retrievable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cheeves.info and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any unauthorised access to your data
- Any third-party content or conduct
- Any interruption or cessation of the service
In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to cheeves.info at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
If your account is terminated, any active Pro subscription will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
